Shipping policy

When will I receive my order? 

You will receive your ORKAI product within 3 to 7 business days of placing your order (this does not include holidays and weekends). Within 3 to 4 business days of placing your order, you will receive notification of your shipping details. 

ORKAI will make every effort to fulfill your request on a timely basis, but cannot guarantee a specific shipping date, especially post COVID. Please contact ORKAI at info@orca-golf.com if you need your order processed more quickly or if you would like to inquire about the availability of an item. 

Do you offer expedited shipping? 

Please note that the impacts to shipping post COVID have made it difficult to quote or promise delivery times.  We at ORKAI will do everything possible to accommodate our customers' requests for specific shipping methods, but we cannot guarantee any special shipping request. 

ORKAI offers US priority mail (1 to 3 business days) and US priority mail express (overnight delivery). Orders received before 3 PM CST will be processed that day. Orders received after 3 PM CST will be processed the next business day. Orders received over a weekend, or holiday will be processed on the following business day. 

Do you ship internationally? 

International orders can be processed online and will be charged for shipping. For all shipments sent to international destinations, any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. If the golf bag or other product needs to be refunded, we will not refund the duties or taxes that were incurred.
