Refund policy

Ready-to-order pieces may be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition. Email atelier@orkai.life with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Custom commissions, personalized pieces (names, logos and KaiMark™ designs) and Artist Edition pieces are made for you alone and are final sale.
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 10 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
