Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

ORKAI will accept returns within 10 days of the date on which your order was received. ORCA Golf does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from a retailer other than orca-golf.com. 

To request a return or exchange, please email info@orca-golf.com with your order number and details. Upon approval from ORKAI, we will send a return label and return form to your address for your convenience. 

All returned merchandise must be received by ORKAI in its original condition, not having been used, and any additional attachments. Returned items that are damaged or altered will not be accepted. 

The return item must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving the return label, otherwise return will not be processed. In the event that we have processed your order incorrectly, please e-mail, info@orca-golf.com with your order number and claim. 

We will send you an email notification once your return is received and approved by ORKAI. If you are approved for a return/exchange, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
